## Frequently asked questions

### Do I have to buy Care to get a Build?

No. The $500 Build is a one-time project — once it’s done, you can take the finished site anywhere and host it yourself. Most clients add Care Lite or Care Plus so hosting, backups, and updates are handled for them, but it isn’t required.

### What if I already have a website?

We build your new site alongside your existing one and only switch your domain over once you’ve approved it — no downtime, no risk.

### How long does a build take?

About two weeks from when we have your content — your text and photos — in hand.

### What counts as a “minor” content edit under Care Plus?

Things like updating text, swapping a photo, changing your business hours, or adding a short new section to an existing page. Bigger requests — new pages, redesigns, or added functionality — are scoped and quoted separately.

### Can I cancel Care Lite or Care Plus?

Yes, anytime. There’s no long-term contract.

### Do you offer refunds on the Build fee?

The Build fee covers the design and development work up front. If something isn’t working for you, reach out and we’ll make it right.
